June Weddings

Two related wedding jokes: women will tell the first one, men  will tell the second.

A little girl asked her mother the following question: "Mom, why are wedding dresses white?"

The mother replied, "Because white is the color of joy, and she's showing her joy to all the guests!"

The little girl pondered that for a moment, and then asked: "Then why does the groom wear black?"

A little boy asked his mother the following question: "Mom, why are wedding dresses white?"

The mother looks at her son and replies, "Son, this shows your friends and relatives that your bride is pure."

The little boy pondered that for a moment, and then decided to double-check this with his father.

"Dad, why are wedding dresses white?"
